Cancellation Policy

We understand that accidents and emergencies may get in the way. Please try to be as courteous as possible about timing a cancellation.

If you cancel:

• More than 48 hours before your appointment there will be no charge.

• 24-48 hours out, you will be charged 50% of your appointment

• Day off or no show you will be charged the full price of your appointment if you have 3 or more last-minute cancellations or are late multiple times, we may require a $50 booking fee to schedule an appointment. This is non-refundable and is not able to be used towards service.
