She asked questions to make sure they were getting the right guy out here on the same day I called! Sam the plumber that came out was very professional and helpful! Real down to earth guy! My main sewer on my septic was clogged up so I called them but they told me more than likely it was my tank full so they sent out a pump truck! Let me tell you that septic was absolutely full and that’s why it wasn’t draining at all. Once the tank was pumped my house started flowing again! “If you are looking for a top notch plumbing and sewer company…STOP LOOKING AND READ THIS…Champion Plumbing helped us far above our expectations. The owner (Sam) started working jobs at 4:30am on Thursday. He continued to service his customers through 1:30am on Friday. Sam and his staff will work around the clock to help people in need. My water heater needed to be replaced. I contacted Champion at 3:30pm on Friday. Please remember that Sam was working on 3 hours of sleep. He listened to my needs and we were working on a date and time. 10 minutes after my call Christina called me and told me that Sam (owner) was on his way to my home and would be replacing the heater this afternoon/evening himself. His professionalism and attention to detail were amazing. He finished the job and billed me LESS than the original quote. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You Sam!”
